The bot follows new Japanese users, but follows don't have notifications - so the new users may not even notice the follow. But if they do & check the follows of the bot, they can find all Japanese Nostr users in one go

Maybe that's not the case but it seems like that.
And with welcome.nostr.wine relay (that aggregates from a lot of relays), it's easier for existing users to find new users rather than other way around.
Okay 👍 I think building a new bot for Japanese users may be okay.
May I ask a question about the bot? Wasn't it intended to help new users find other Japanese users? But that I think has become easier now with Japanese default relays on Damus+ hashtags...

What's the time period that BuzzWords reads the posts to find trends (last 1 hour only or is it number of kind1s basis?)
Does it count frequency only or frequency by unique npub?

Vitor once said that all private keys, hence all possible Nostr accounts that will exist, already exist. They're just waiting for people to use them (I think about this sometimes)
