Both segwit and taproot were worked on for many years before actually getting implemented. Even if CTV was100% ready right now there's still a huge process in organizing a bitcoin upgrade which is why they only happen every few years or so. Patience. Bitcoin is too important to rush changes on.
I want CTV too but there is no need to UASF. A year or 2 is really not a long time and all extra time should be used for testing and education. It will get in eventually just like Taproot did.

Also it's not really about arbitrary expectations, it's about math, supply and demand.
It's diminishing returns, the 1000x gains are mostly gone. Just applying simple fibs you can see anything above 300k+ is unreasonable. Look going from 16k to 250k in a couple years is still pretty amazing. All I'm saying people is let's keep discussions based in reality and not FOMO.
Seeing some insane bullish calls for price tops with this next cycle. Fam we're not going to hit 700k. Most likely range is between 150k and 250k. Remember that these same people calling for above 500k+ are the same people that said we were going over 100k last cycle.

What? No the upgrade will allow the degens to move to layer 2 and above.
