Good morning nostrworld! Time to get busy and feed the critters, then on to the rest of the day. So yesterday I got one of those feelings I get sometimes, about the weather. Even though we are having a record breaking heat wave still, I got this feeling of change. I'll keep my fingers crossed because here in Texas we can have hot temps definitely thru Sept, and sometimes October. That reminds me, we're going to a wedding in September, outdoors. Sometimes the water boils out when I can too. Check the seals with your fingers. If you can't pull the lids off, and they are tight, they should be fine. I would use the reasonably soon, though. But they should have a good vaccuum seal and be fine.

You can see in my photo air space at the top of the corn. This always happens to me with long processing times.

I just ordered another Lenovo Thinkpad, refurbished. I love the one I have, so just wanted to get a backup in case this one craps out, since I bought it used also. But it's been about 3 years and still going strong. Nowadays when I get a new (used) laptop, I wipe Windows off and install Linux, so I always pay a very reasonable price. I wouldnt even consider paying $1,000 or more for a new one. I love Linux and would never go back to Windows or Mac. I just got home from a meeting, so still have a few chores to do around the place, and just wanted to check in for the evening. Funny, I've been considering hydroponics in the summer. Too darn hot to grow lettuce and many greens outside right now. I'm making plans for next summer to try that.
