So after several failed attempts in pulling sats to different lightning wallets, I decided to go upstream to the mint's address, which for eNuts is legend.lnbits.com. Created a lightning wallet there and was able to pull all funds to that wallet without fees as expected. However, trying to send from THAT lightning address is now experiencing similar errors, so now I'm wondering if it's an issue with the lightning channel connected to the mint itself.

Mempool.space has 850MB or so still, and surely there are others that never purge anything that will are still around 1gig or higher, but hey you never know!
