#TBC2024 Thailand Bitcoin Conference was fantastic. Many thanks to the organisers and all the wonderful Bitcoiners.
Was chatting to many people about how they discovered Bitcoin and it seems like we all had to go through the shitcoin casino before coming back to Bitcoin.
But it struck me this morning that that's not a bad thing, indeed that's a sign of a true Bitcoiner: not taking anyone's word for it but staying open minded and curious and giving everything fair trial.
Bitcoiners are a good breed!

I'm also becoming more and more convinced that the legalisation we're seeing all over the world is nothing to do with freedom and health but everything to do with numbing and distracting. Keeping the masses asleep and complacent, compliant.

I'm just learning this after almost 30 years. But I still believe that used sparingly it's a wonder drug. It has the power to increase awareness and connect with the body, but definitely very easy to go the other way with chronic use - ie to numb and disconnect from the body.
