Adjustable Grow Light Rope Hangers – Item of the Day
These are awesome for adjusting grow lights in hydro systems, aquaponics systems and in seed starting systems. They have a ton of other cool uses as well, including feeders/waterers and more.
My BIL uses them as kayak lifts to get them out of the way in the garage.

0 down is a trap, abs trying to find a place that a VA loan with cover in many areas these days is nearly impossible. I've talked with several agents in my area. One has only processed 2 VA loan sales in ~3 years.
