Do any Nostr clients allow you to toggle between different keys in the same app?

I’m thinking that since people typicall want a different presence on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc, therefore having multiple Nostr keys seems like a natural way to use the protocol.

I’m at a remote off-the-grid location/on an isolated island in a concrete reinforced underground bunker and my satellite connection isn’t great but everything is working (I.e. can make calls, watch vids, etc.) but when I post a note I see that most of my relays are timing out. Is anyone else experiencing this or is the prob on my end? Thanks!
