This is the boomer thinking that created our problems. The third world is a product of skin colour. The browner the skin, the more third world the results. Doesn't matter if it Mozambique, Monaco or Manchester. Doesn't matter how much social foundation or socio-economic opportunities are presented, browns will always be browns.
None of our global problems will go away until it is accepted that different races are different species. This isn't going to happen soon though as demonstrated though your previous post where some normal is defending their empathetic position; to be considered unempathetic or discriminatory is a fate worse than death to indigenous normals of Europe, and the browns not only know this but see it as a weakness to be exploited, because thats how browns think.
