Bloquear o Nostr é impossível.

Seria possível bloquear o acesso aos Apps pelas lojas (mas sempre tem apk espalhado por aí), talvez bloquear as conexões com os relays (mas VPN resolve isso também) e o mais fácil seria derrubar os relays brasileiros, o que teria quase que efeito nenhum.
