Yeah, but Keto without carb and seed oil is basically just carnivore.. or almost.
I've recently tried adding a bit of carbs back, just to see what happens as I was having trouble retaining water with no carbs.
But then you need to schedule an in person meeting. That's always a hassle compared to having frozen meat delivered to your door.

I don't do Carnivore anymore as it's pretty hard to manage with 2 kids but I still avoid carbs like the plague.
