I sometimes wonder how many "influencers" with far more Bitcoin, who understand it to a varied degree, still aren't using it to zap plebs on #nostr.

Maybe I should be saving more dilligently. Though, zaps seem like a powerful onboarding mechanism. If I can only offer 21 sats to keep good content flowing so be it. It's also in my interest to do so.

I am however, happy to have played with this technology as much as I have.

No, I am talking about the money itself being corrupted. The economic & political history is crystal clear on this. When there is honest money then even the corrupt are incentivized to do good. But when the money has been corrupted, then even the good are made to serve evil.

If you hold or trade in dollars & pay taxes today you are funding evil because the dollar has been corrupted into something that fuels an extremely evil war machine & an insane medical system that cures nothing & works to keep people in a perpetual state of sickness.

After sharing this somewhat controversial note, a few people reached out thanking me for bringing this up and letting me know they are already working on something similar.

I think the first “big hit” client will be a hybrid between traditional means of doing things and nostr behind the scenes. I’m glad someone is working on these things and I think we can find a compromise that works well. Perhaps not send keys over email 😂 but something more clever. It’s clear smarter people have already thought about this.
