Das kann ich auch als jemand bestätigen, der regelmäßig Familienangehörige in Russland besucht hat (auch nach 02.2022). Die meisten Leute sind sich schon im Klaren darüber, was im Südwesten passiert, und viele sind auch nicht erfreut darüber. Aber rein ökonomisch gesehen, und abgesehen von ein paar Brands und Marken, die das Land verlassen haben, hat sich nicht viel geändert. Im Gegenteil sind Services, Taxis, Banken und Lieferungen deutlich besser geworden, insbesondere in Großstädten wie St. Petersburg. Von Moskau braucht man gar nicht reden. Inländische Flüge sind auf dem ATH. Kleinen Businesses geht es besser als zuvor, weil große internationale Konkurrenz weg ist.
Probleme gibt’s für diejenigen mit internationalen Einkommen. Es gab eine kurze Phase, wo die Transfers abgeschnitten wurden und Kreditkarten nicht funktionierten. Aber auch dies kann man nun leicht umgehen, indem man ein Konto in einer kasachischen oder (!!!) österreichischen Bank eröffnet. Die Filialen sind überall.
