Everybody finds CBDCs harmful (for good reasons). While the US is still discussing/preparing the ground for a βdigital dollarβ, the Russians just enforce it silently.
Information from Russians I personally know suggests that it will be introduced in a stepwise fashion. First, banks will offer it as an option in their app, creating the feeling that nothing will change for the average Joe. Second, important things like estate purchases, loans, subsidies will be paid in digital rubles. Finally, all areas of the daily life will be covered.

Of course, because we have nothing to do with the nazi scum π
Itβs even funnier π They came all the way from Northern Siberia and split in two flows somewhere in Eastern Europe. One half became Fins, the other Hungarians π Both donβt understand the language of the other anymore.
I mean the post-war Germany of course. Those degens before donβt count.
I see it as a bliss. US and Germany were built by people with multiple backgrounds and should be proud of it.
Iβm a wild mix. 100% Hungarian from one family side, Ukrainian/Russian from the other. But I am German in the first placeπ©πͺπ«‘

Hungarians are not Slavs though ππ€

I know, I know π What I said is the result of a deeper understanding. The more you understand, the less you think about price fluctuations, the less you care about markets and rare events. And the more about long-term dynamics and society effects.
Like for any complex system, it is important to generalize the fundamentals rather than memorize random events.
I feel you π«ππ

I DCA manually because Iβm paranoid + I donβt know exactly how much I can buy every months. I donβt use Relai or any other semi-KYC methods, only Robosats and Bisq, sometimes using cash.
And I need to see BTC price in euros to do so. Ironically, my daily job is computational physics, but I still have troubles calculating fractions and basic algebraic operations πππ
I guess this is my next step: only sats per dollar/euro and nothing else. I still need to have the price information because I adjust my DCAing every monthβ¦
