This is one "good" reason to live in a 3rd world #latam country: a #cbdc will never be implemented in my lifetime. The populist government sustain itself printing #cash to paid for it's #peso denominated debt and social handouts thus ensuring a win in every election. It works because 50% of the population is poor and uneducated by design of the system. The rest are basically illegal workers or public servants. Not enough technological-aware critical mass to make a #cbdc work anywhere. On the plus side, those who went #bitcoin early already saved themselves, the very few of them. So, buy land from the corrupt government and build a #citadel here?

Better yet, try #innertune also on #fdroid and updated very recently, as opposed to ViMusic (2022) No hate, I was a ViMusic user, but #innertune is just more functional overall.

I have 4 #nostr client apps on my #android mobile. I find myself switching between #plebstr and #amethyst the most. I'd love to have the performance and UX of #plebstr bundled with the features of #amethyst. The other 2 are still too far behind. And I'm typing this on #primal

I guess that explains a lot of the current #US conundrum given at least 57.4% of it's population are #iphone users.
