One of the basic paradigms of a Proper Human Diet is discovering your own personal level of carbohydrate tolerance.

Some people can tolerate 100grams/day of real, whole-food, unprocessed carbs.

Some people are much less tolerant and benefit from Zero Carb Carnivore.

Maybe heritage plays a role? If your ancestors primarily ate proteins and fats then your body is probably optimized for a similar diet.
