I think Bitcoin is much more powerful than gold. There’s a lot of risk in storing and transporting gold. It’s also not that divisible. Bitcoin is also more scarce than gold. I think it would be a good idea to hold some gold but Bitcoin is by far the most superior form of value that exist. Bitcoin allows us to create many more applications that gold wouldn’t.
Of course we are here for the long term. I’ll never sell my Bitcoin. Bitcoin is a win in the short and long term. The price we see now isn’t a true reflection of the value of Bitcoin. Bitcoin is also freedom technology, so it’s not just about wealth, it’s about freedom.
