Always learning by default Sometimes I just say things Hosting nostrmugs.shop

It’s true, I’ll be hitting you up for hair care tips for my daughter 🤣

Riga is closest to me, sort of. I’m not hating on it at all, just wishing I could get to a meet up 😂

Same here, it’s a shame that our community is very centric to the Americas (broadly speaking, I know there are a few other events). Travel is expensive

That’s probably the most complex answer ever

So the Netherlands will be annexed first, got it 😂

I went to see a friend, it’s about a 4 hour drive home on small roads unfortunately but I do like coming up for the weekend

It really depends, like I say the communities were self moderated. If anything was obviously illegal (and got media attention) then the company admins would step in and remove communities, but this didn’t happen often.

Other than that, subreddit moderators were in charge. There were science communities that were heavily moderated to keep information accurate, but the bulk of the subreddits were just kept to whatever standard the mods wanted. I wouldn’t say it was too heavy handed for the most part.

I enjoyed my 10+ years there. It was a shame when they ruined it with the API changes, their official app is dog shit and many heavy users left the platform

Good morning #nostr 🤙

I have a long drive home but the weekend was worth it 👌
