Im looking to buy a macbook or ipad to, among other things, interact with nostr via phone and computer, as ive read that its a great combo. ive been fumbling my way through debian linux for the past few years and need a bit of a brake. been trying to connect start9 through my popOS machine and constantly running into mDNS issues, still havent been able to do it. apparently there are no issues with mac
any suggestions on which laptop? my computing needs are minimal atm. (have heard some mention macbook air m2 is the best middle of the road option)
what are some good ipad options? id like having a keyboard to pair with it.

Does a person using Nostr feel like they have more more control in the app than they do in say Twitter, and thats what is leading to civil discourse?
Or is it more fundamental in the ability to run a relay (or know someone who does)? Is it control over Pub/Priv keys?
