Also - me dropping YouTube would be rather egotistical, because I'd cut off so many people form a chance to ever learn about FOSS.

BTW PeerTube by default provides much lower video bitrate than YT - which makes sense but takes away a potential upside.

He's been doing incredibly good game programming tutorials, but suddenly vanished for like 2 years.
I've been wishing for his return, without much hope, but leaving comments under his videos to let him know his work is valued.

So I got my 3rd pair of Sony #LinkBudsS. This time new from the official #SonyCentre online shop in Poland.
The first new unit was borked, had a resonance at 600 Hz that distorted. But it was a shady shop (as I have later found out). 2nd unit was used from an outlet in an authorized #Sony dealer. Also borked, wider resonance at 3.8 kHz that caused distortion as well.
If this pair if faulty too, I'm giving up on this model.
Also: paper-only packaging is cool, but they added plastic anyway.
Don't trust any product reviews from Linus Media Group. They are rushed to the point of being incapable of avoiding crucial mistakes in their videos, that will badly affect people's purchasing decisions.

I don't think they will intentionally try to make the software less appealing to users. It'd hurt their bottom line.
Anybody else has this problem with #ReVanced Manager? I can't install it on my OnePlus 5T...

So I got my money back and got a Gigabyte G27Q. Had it for 5 days - started to flicker. Exchanged it for a new unit - a week later it's flickering already.
