Made me think for hours. Cause i cant stand still i feel like when i stop i waste time. Like a shark. Always running. While this mindset is very beneficial for me it also leads to downsides that need attention, which is lost energy.
I came to conclusion this pleb is fucking right.
Truth is there is no wasted time.
Fact. And you decide how you handle and control your feelings/emotions.
I needed to accept that fact. Its all part of our beautiful journey we are walking together. Helped me controlling myself, my thoughts, emotions, etc. even better. Maybe this reminder helps you too. I added it to my daily affirmation routine. After implementing this new perspective i experienced increased inner peace while controlling my excess energy better.
