My real question with Pixels though, is does the Tensor G2 collect your IP and other data like the Snapdragon processors do? Software replacement is great, but when the hardware is still spying on you it’s not really going to help to put a new OS on the phone.

Can’t blame you there. Though honestly if you have access to a Raspberry Pi or similar small single board computer, you can very easily set up a private relay. Various services exist for sovereign control as well. Personally I use @Start9, there is also Umbrel, as well as learning how to do it all via CLI on Linux. Start9 is super easy to use though I’d definitely recommend.

Forgot this was a thing lmao… I think it happened really early on when I was setting up my relay. Now I tend to only use Damus and Plebstr. Is follow data only backed up locally by client? Could I store something like that on my private relay?
Noted! How do I rebroadcast to my node? That’s something I’ve always wondered. Would rebroadcasting basically back up any notes or actions skipping duplicates?

I think thread replying would be cool. I see someone replying to a post, and I respond to that comment to engage in the discussion, but it only replies to the one person rather than including those mentioned prior.
