I'm becoming more and more a fan of nostr:npub1whtn0s68y3cs98zysa4nxrfzss5g5snhndv35tk5m2sudsr7ltms48r3ec as I go further into the #nostr rabbit hole. Ideally we have protocols that cover this type of secure messaging, but one cool thing about White Noise is that it builds on top of nostr to leverage it's scalability and censorship resistance.
It's now my preferred way to receive secure DMs on nostr.

Absolutely agreed! This is a same take and exactly my position as well. If and when the risk comes closer to fruition, the #bitcoin stack will upgrade as necessary, from nodes to wallets. Once there's consensus on a way forward this whole attack vector will become moot.
We already have quantum resistant algorithms, we just need to agree and move when the time comes.

Well said, and so true. It all begins with an idea, a build, and as people pick it up more builds come rolling in. Been amazing to watch it grow over the years.
