Frozen strawberries and gin cocktail:

Frozen strawberries 100gr

Fresh strawberries 100gr

Fresh lime juice 100ml

Simple syrup 40ml

Gin 80 ml

Ice

Mix all these with blender and enjoy

Walnut and apple cake:

Flour 1 and 1/4 cup

shredded walnuts 1/4 cup

Sugar vanilla 1 teaspoon

Baking powder 2 teaspoons

Cinnamon 2 teaspoons

Salt 1/4 teaspoon

eggs 3

Yogurt 200 gr

Oil 1/2 cup

sugar 120 gr

sliced apples 2

In first bowl, combine flour, walnuts, vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder and salt and set aside. In the other bowl, mix three eggs, yogurt, oil and sugar well until they combine.

Then mix these two bowls completely and pour it in a loaf or any kind of baking pan. Now, pick the chopped apples and press a little until it gets inside(not completely). Then sprinkle some cinnamon and sugar on the apples.

Bake it in the oven in 340F for 45 min.
