I'm straightforward, she needs a social filter. I can't be direct with her, she would get mad. This only leads to fights, confusion, me not understanding what I did wrong and having to apologize when I don't feel it makes sense.
She doesn't have the same intensity as I do. She's more reserved, I'm all in. I've had to recalibrate to what she would accept, killing a part of myself in the process.
She prefers acts of service and I prefer words of affirmation and physical contact as ways to show love. This is the main problem, I think. Her being very reserved in all ways makes it very difficult (for me).
I'm sure she has a list like this with her reasons, at least in her mind.
