These people, who call themselves "Trans", deserve all our respect, but they are mentally ill, usually suffering from schizophrenia, psychosis and paranoia. They should therefore receive psychiatric treatment.
However, I am totally against discrimination against these people, as well as against compulsory treatment. If some of these people don't want to be treated, we should respect their right to do so. But, on the other hand, we also have no obligation to feed or foster their mental illness... A man will always be a man, and a woman will always be a woman, so gender reassignment is impossible.
Whether these people like it or not, we will always treat them according to who they really are, and not how their mental illness makes them want us to treat them...

Estas pessoas, que se auto-denominam de "Trans", merecem todo o nosso respeito, mas não passam de doentes mentais, normalmente sofrendo de esquizofrenia, psicose e paranóia. Deveriam pois ser alvo de tratamento psiquiátrico.
No entanto, sou frontalmente contra a discriminação destas pessoas, assim como contra tratamentos compulsivos. Se algumas destas pessoas não se querem tratar devemos respeitar esse seu direito. Mas, por outro lado, também não temos nenhuma obrigação de alimentar, ou fomentar, a doença mental destas pessoas... Um homem será sempre um homem, e uma mulher será sempre uma mulher, pelo que a mudança de sexo é algo impossível.
Quer esta gente goste, quer não goste, iremos sempre tratá-los em função do que na realidade são, e não como a sua doença mental os leva a querer que os tratemos...
