Pretty sure the 130 lbs woman still has to carry 60lbs of gear, its not like she's going to be a ninja jumping around doing martial arts.
I've definitely had these moments, but they are too few and far between and with some of those situations I had real reasons for being distracted/needing to be somewhere, etc.
