I'm like 95% cold brew when it comes to coffee. I've had some good runs with the home brew but eventually the wait time forces me back to stopping by my local coffee shop in the AM. This is my first time try the vacuum brew. So far I can say, using dark roast is super potent and rich. I may be able to get away with a medium roast when using the Vac One.
