Binance, like any other centralised exchange, is part of the fiat money system. They do not care about data protection, correct information (see CoinMarketCap), privacy or sound money. They are not here to change the world, but to reinforce the existing fiat money world.
The fact that governments place all citizens under general suspicion of being terrorists and/or money launderers says more about the governments than about the suspects.
