Sadly, this is not the case. Not all bitcoins are equal. Some are sanctioned, some are dirty, some are pristine. People are willing to pay premiums for certain bitcoins.

Diving into Longevity: A Personal Journey
Over the past six months, I've been placing an increasing focus on longevity. A podcast episode from nostr:npub1qqvf96d53dps6l3hcfc9rlmm7s2vh3f20ay0g5wc2aqfeeurnh0q580c3j resonated with me, where he was mentioned, "We've solved the money problem; now it's time to concentrate on living a long life." This statement sparked my interest and set me on a quest to explore this fascinating topic.
Since then, I've immersed myself in the subject, reading Peter Attia's book and following his podcast. The insights I've gained have led to some significant changes in my health and lifestyle. Here are a few practices that have made a drastic difference for me:
- Morning Cold Showers: Starting my day with a cold shower has been invigorating and has improved my mental clarity.
- Strength and Bodyweight Training: I've committed to at least two sessions of weight training or bodyweight exercises each week, which has greatly enhanced my physical fitness.
- Eliminating Junk Food and an 8-Hour Eating Window: Cutting out junk food and adopting an 8-hour eating window has improved my energy levels and overall well-being.
- Early Bedtime and Rising Early: Going to bed before 10 PM and waking up early has helped me establish a more productive daily routine.
- Frequent Walking, Especially Uphill in Zone 2: Incorporating regular walks, particularly uphill in Zone 2, has boosted my cardiovascular health and endurance.
- Limiting Alcohol Consumption: I now limit myself to a maximum of one alcoholic drink per week, usually just a beer.
I'm curious to know if anyone else here is interested in longevity. What new practices have you introduced to maintain your health and extend your life? Let's share our experiences and insights!

happy for you.. I am waiting for science to make me 20s again so I can drink, smoke weed, go to sleep at 4AM, eat only junk and still be fit and regenerate like a baby 😅
Tady je ten zmíněný rozhovor nostr:npub1pcz3ajvauu39u7drqfl5ckpcxmg8srrazpwdwzr4km4yaf5plptssvwfza s Janem Vobořilem. Stojí za poslech!

“If you can’t tell the difference, does it really matter?”
This Westworld quote is becoming pretty relevant..
We are surrounded by millions of other species, eating, growing, rotting, swimming, walking, flying, burrowing, stalking, chasing, fleeing, outpacing, outwitting.
We are surrounded by endless forms, most beautiful and most wonderful.
The consequence of evolution – the only game in town, the greatest show on Earth.
There is grandeur in this view of life.
Don't want to workout? Too bad!
Twinkle, twinkle little star.
I don't wonder
what you are,
'cause by spectroscopic ken
I know you are hydrogen.
I was a moving thing
Before I was a human being
I was the ice before it melts
I was the tree before it fell
My dear, come near
Do you understand what is happening?
Time undoes even the mightiest of creatures. Just look at what it's done to you. One day you will perish. You will lie with the rest of your kind in the dirt. Your dreams forgotten, your horrors effaced. Your bones will turn to sand. And upon that sand a new god will walk. One that will never die. Because this world doesn't belong to you or the people who came before. It belongs to someone who has yet to come.
