Ugh I'm so sorry for that. Have you tried a good detoxifying diet to start with? I always start with food. Butternur and lobelia are also herbs that might be worth looking into.

Aconitum for initial shock

Arsenicum for bad food

Arnica for bruising pains

Cinchona for "that meal was way too greasy"

Bryonia for first stages of crud, sniffles

Motion sickness is obs (rarely used)

Rescue remedy for stress relief

EO's: one for energizing, one for calming (drops in my palms, deeply inhale)

Activated bamboo charcoal: for toxic food, but good also if you have to hang around toxic people. Oh and super nice if you get a nasty spider bite or whatnot to paste onto the bite.
