Of course, I just really like the taste of elderberry, so I drink a honey elderberry elixir when I'm sick. I put elderberries in one of my homemade teas. I even make elderberry chocolate cups using Equal Exchange 92% dark cholate and Made With Elderberry Spread. Mmm. I think I'll eat one with lunch.

GM still sick as a dog. Looks like I'm out of work all week. At least my fevers have switched to around 100-100.6 when they spike. I cannot shake this. It's been rough.

#prayerchain if you're bored keep me in prayers. I'll take them for me but I'm more worried about my wife and kids catching this
