Who duck-taped you like that? 👀

Understand that tere is no easy path. You will suffer while you make good and healthy food choises. If someone tells you otherwise is trying to sell you something IMO.

# Reframe it

That friction of wanting to eat crap but saying No, is an excellent opportunity to build and train will power.

# Defaults and Fixed schedules

Some times it help to take the choise of having a snac or dessert out of your hands and do it on a somewhat more rigid schedule. To avoid having lots temptations. I.e.:

- I have ice cream on saturday nights after rollerblading, but not randomly douring the week.

- I don't hold back on having a slice of cake or something like that if I go out to a café on a date or somethin but I don't eat crap when my coworkers regularly bring that to the office during the week.

It deppends on the stakes. People can change, people do make honest mistakes but if it is a trend and there was allways an excuse fore the same behaviour, then no.

But trust is bult usually over a series of tiny steps where you take bit by bit more risk trusting the person and see how all goes 🤔

It reminded me of when I went to the Natural Science Museum in La Plata
