@SamBuntz in my mind, a computer could be arranged with sensors and actuators to allow emergence by perceiving and responding to reality. words on paper don’t have this same possibility.
(but perhaps this would no longer be a computer in the traditional sense.)

maybe i need to try other clients… but on damus i feel like there is a lot of fog surrounding discovering and verifying notable accounts, as well as discovering important notes. i feel like i’m playing minecraft with a super low render distance…
