1.) setting does not persist on app deletion and reinstall but badge does.
2.) when toggled off reactions remain absent from notifications.
i liked using “if list” to check if it was empty or not. felt natural.
well i’m trying to find excuses to use it at work. so my learning follows the applications i can dream up. no brand new concept today but experience with data types, for loops, and if statements was all valuable.

YES. i like how basically everything evaluates to boolean true. is that common for languages to do that?
wrote a script to interact with a db at work. had to query one table to get a list of values and then used that list to loop through a different table. was a big step for me!
