Here's what I've been working on the past few days: processing deletions.

- Add a deleteFilters function to delete events by filter from the database
- Reworked the `tags` database table, renamed `value_1` to `value`, dropped `value_2`, `value_3`, added a foreign key on `event_id`
- Enabled autovacuum on the database.
- Automatically delete events older than 7 days. Fixes #63
- Broadcast deletions from local users to all known relays.
- Process deletion events through the pipeline, delete from our database if authorized.
- Protect against deleted events being resubmitted (not perfect).
- Improved the terminal output for migrations.
- Fix various bugs.

Being a pure-play nonconformist is such a tragedy because you see the deep issues with being a pure-play conformist but then your solution is just to put a minus sign in front of everything.

Perhaps task number zero would be settle stone position in general.
So the task here would be to somehow extract the essence of capturing and territory from the grid system in a way which could be applied to a sphere.
This forces the abandonment of the grid markings all together which then introduces new problems about how to settle captures and count territory.
From what I can tell, although the math gets squirrelly, the board grid doesn't fit on a sphere. (Euler characteristic something something).
The game of 'go' has a satisfying purity, yet the edges of the board taint the games perfection.
