I closed the "zap the devs" message in Amethyst and can't get it back. Any tips?
Maybe an "About" option with some info about the app (license, GitHub, etc) and donate/zap button is a good idea? nostr:nprofile1qqsyvrp9u6p0mfur9dfdru3d853tx9mdjuhkphxuxgfwmryja7zsvhqpzamhxue69uhhv6t5daezumn0wd68yvfwvdhk6tcpz9mhxue69uhkummnw3ezuamfdejj7qgwwaehxw309ahx7uewd3hkctcscpyug

I came across the answer in another note.
If you tap your profile picture in the top left then tap the version number in the bottom left, it'll take you to a note for the release where you can zap the devs.
Good morning, nostriches. ๐
Amber lags quite a bit for me. Switching tabs (home, settings, permissions) takes about 1 second. F-Droid doesn't, for comparison.
Also, before the update with the auto approve for basic actions (maybe solved now), when Amber opens to approve some action and more show up, it lags heavily. It takes a few seconds to update the list. And the confirm button looks a bit deformed.
I'm using an older phone with Android 14 ROM.

Thanks for the recommendations. ๐
I took a quick look at nostrudel. It looks nice. I'm mobile only, though. Running Amethyst + Amber.
I should try cornychat one day. Hopefully I'll be able to purple pill some friends.
Thanks! I hope to have more things to post about. ๐
Hello Nostriches!
I've been lurking on Nostr with different keys for a few months now. I think it's time for me to say hi.
I've always avoided social media and whatnot, but always liked decentralization and privacy, and understood the need for communication.
Projects like Mastodon, Signal, Matrix and RetroShare were very interesting to me but there was always something missing.
Nostr is the first one that feels right to me. It has its flaws for sure, but it seems like it can work. The others always had a fatal flaw, IMO.
I love Free and Open Source Software and Hardware, and wish to contribute more to them.
I'll go back to my cave now. ๐
Cheers!
