Honestly I'm still extremely pissed off that my diet created my Ulcerative Colitis, I went through 2 colonoscopies, had a 4 day ER visit that required a blood transfusion due to anemia, then had multiple follow up visits with a doctor who told me that I would always have this condition & require Humira injections for the rest of my life & that there is no other way to manage it.

All because the truth of our food and nutrition is being nefariously obfuscated from us & my own personal journey to get to where I'm at today with Lion Diet, required hours and hours of needing to go down a ton of different rabbitholes to land where I'm at today.

Most people with my condition don't even have a clue so if we can make it easier for people to find the answers they need, instead of obfuscating it even more with incorrect terminologies, I believe we can help more people get to the places they need to be with their diets.

The 'avoid identifying with labels' part is what I'm saying I disagree with. In this instance what I'm trying to say is that the labels are important distinctions that people need to clearly understand. If you're telling people you're doing Carnivore and you're also telling people that you're doing some tomatoes, avocados, berries, etc... along with it, you're gonna fuck some people up getting to the point in their health journey to where they need to be. That's really all I'm trying to say here. Just be clear with your terminologies. Keto is not the same as Carnivore. If you're incorporating plants into your diet, you're not doing Carnivore. If you're doing dairy, you're not on Lion Diet, etc...

No different than telling people you're a Bitcoin Maximalist when you still hold a 10% bag of mETH.

I have to disagree with you on that because Carnivore is a healing diet for many many people like myself who suffer from chronic Illness. Terminology matters when people are trying to filter through all of the nefarious obfuscation we face when it comes to our health and nutrition. People should know exactly what Carnivore is and what chronic illnesses it can help treat/manage. Keto and Carnivore, while very similar, can affect the human body in different ways.

I can't manage my illness on Keto w/o requiring medication. I can however manage my illness on Lion Diet Carnivore w/o medication. Distinctions matter.

IDK who needs to hear this but a #Carnivore diet consists of 100% animal based foods. Not 90%. Not 95%. Not 99%. That is called a Keto diet. I know, it doesn't sound as masculine as Carnivore but that's what it is.
