This worked in stopping this behavior

Once again Jack Spirko gives me another super valuable tool we need for independence . We ordered a chamber vacuum sealer from Vevor and got it super fast . Big bonus is I ran a dedicated 20 amp circuit for the freeze dryer, didn't like where we had it , so pulled another circuit
Now the vacuum sealer will have its on dedicated circuit !
