I was wondering about "rituals". Personal rituals are like habits, but sounds a bit more fun. I think they are quite good to spice up the grey everydays.

Usually we have more grey everyday than special days. If we had more special days, would they still be special? 🤔

If we come up with some rituals, they can help to get through the days because you know you will have that fun ritual that you enjoy.

One ritual idea e.g.: Get a fresh brew coffee, go to a beautiful spot and drink it there. You can even choose a specialty coffee for this occasion. Do this once per week to keep its magic, but to have it in the close future so you can wait for it.
