I don’t think they will call it that way in the end. Too obvious kind of. Both „Bitcoin“ and „Strategic“. No? They need broad support in congress and will rather speak about a Digital Assets Stockpile with Assets who have a Market cap above 500B or 1T, which literally is only Bitcoin.
