Sudachi (Citrus sudachi) from the yard never ceases to amaze me. While most citrus can’t survive here, this one thrives. Maybe two hundred fruits this year from a 5 year old, 5 foot tall shrub. They are sour like a lime but have a citron-like component to the flavor that I adore.
