Primal on desktop, Damus on mobile.
Hey nostr:npub18ams6ewn5aj2n3wt2qawzglx9mr4nzksxhvrdc4gzrecw7n5tvjqctp424, I've sent you a DM (my work isn't quite ready for release to the public).
I've got no problem using Primal from my desktop - only from my mobile phone. Really strange.
Depends on the client I think. Primal doesn’t seem to show it but Damus does.
I use nostr:npub1048qg5p6kfnpth2l98kq3dffg097tutm4npsz2exygx25ge2k9xqf5x3nf to post my newsletter each week and it shows like this in Damus.

I guess the best way to allow for visibility across platforms is to create posts natively in Damus, Primal (or equivalent apps) and cross reference to long form content on Habla or Highlighter as a workaround.

Interesting, thanks Si. 👍🏽
Anyone else struggling to get Primal working today?
I’ve successfully created a post, but I’m unable to:
- view comments on any post
- view my bookmarks
- view my profile
I’ve tried:
- Changing the countries my VPN is connected to.
- Restarting Primal
- Restarting my mobile phone
If I create long form content using Highlighter, does that content also automatically get posted to my Nostr profile in an abridged format (the first 1000 words)?
Can anyone help me find a version of this epic Ron Paul rant without the background music?
"There is no other power greater than the power over money.
The power to create and contract the money supply.
The power to control the purchasing power of your money throughout history.
This has proven to be the most sought after monopolistic power of man and has become more sophisticated over the decades and over the centuries - more sophisticated now and more international in scope than ever before.
So I see the issue of power and the control over money as being something that we cannot ignore we must address.
I believe closely associated with this is the issue of morality as well by what moral right do we have to create purchasing power out of thin air whether it's done by the creation of credit or Federal Reserve notes or whether it's the creation of SDRs in an international scope.
By what right do they do this is? Is it any more moral to dilute the value your purchasing power of the money you hold in your wallet than it is for the farmer to dilute the milk supply with water? I would say there's an issue of morality here just as strong as the issue of power."
What a beautiful way to describe the magic we feel when connecting with others that share our passion. 🙌🏽🧡

The friction I've felt getting used to Nostr is a problem of my own making.
I’m still getting my head around ENGAGING, and establishing rapport / relationships.
It’s not easy changing a deeply embedded mindset that's been conditioned by years of lurking, liking, and infrequently commenting on X.

You’re welcome, have a good one, 🍊 🏄♂️
I feel the same, but I know it’s a problem caused by my own behaviour.
