I considered this but these instances are sometimes a bit unreliable and go down from time to time. Also mobile UX is more pleasant with native URLs (so you can open NewPipe or the YouTube app with them)
Not that I know of, different laws may apply for sums >10k or commercial transactions

Cool to see you building something similar, I already notice the educational effect this bot has when informing about tracking tokens. I think it would be wise to cover different URLs/tag types to not spam every note double which can get annoying for some?

Obviously there is no official information what exactly the tokens represent but some people say ?si is a tracking token to, I also think as its a id not necessary to locate the video it has to have some other, undisclosed purpose. Better to get rid of it imo.
Your YouTube link contains ?si= which is at least not necessary, I think this is a tracking token too?
You can remove everything except the ID after yt. be/ID and the URL will stay intact
