How many layoffs come from tech startups realizing they just lost a portion of that last funding round thanks to SVB and if they raise right now it'll be a 50%+ down round? How many of those folks have mortgages and need to sell their homes after losing their jobs? How many buyers are out there willing to pay what the prior owner paid at 7% interest rates? How quickly does that work its way through the market? Where is the bottom?
