Check out noctua fans for an easy swap to reduce noise. Including the power supply fan. It is a larger source of the noise than I expected.

Dedollarization a topic in Tucker Carlson's interview with Putin. Bitcoin will look so obvious in hindsight.

It seems that proof of Ten31's investment in GRIID is the ghost that doesnt exist.

Then why announce it?

The equity holders are all named in the filings, no? There's a full cap table in there. If the answer is that Ten31 was an LP in one of the named equity holder entities in the filings, that'd be a logical explanation, and would keep deal data generally private, because I wouldn't be able to tell how many shares Ten31 owned, or what their cost basis was, or when the investment took place. Though it still wouldn't explain the timeline of GRIID predating Ten31 while being exclusively backed by Ten31.

Your non answer, however, is a lot stranger.

🤔

"GRIID is a purpose-built bitcoin mining company, founded in 2018"

"Ten31 served as GRIID’s exclusive institutional capital partner ahead of its public trading debut"

So, GRIID is older than Ten31, but Ten31 is GRIID's sole institutional investor? And I can't find any proof in the filings that Ten31 is in the cap table. Maybe I'm being dense and there's a reasonable explanation, but it doesn't add up to me.

Try the inverse on twitter and youll get the same reaction. Users of a thing are never gonna love you for your take of "the thing you use is gonna fizzle out."

I would try to not let that offend me.

How are you using it? No spell check?
