This is fantastic. Mind if I use at our workshop on Monday night for nostr:npub1p7g986pc56qmvryplgzka0fsrpuwlk6mxk3h686w4e46n74e56qqhz88vk ?
Halving smoke available. 80 sacks left. Attending a farm harvest event tomorrow will likely be out until mid May. https://barnjerky.hashrootsinc.io/
Ordered! Hope you're doing well.
For the culture
Is the halving destined to become a bigger event than new years? How many cycles away is that reality?
nostr:npub1az9xj85cmxv8e9j9y80lvqp97crsqdu2fpu3srwthd99qfu9qsgstam8y8 what are the ways, if any, the private key can be stolen off the TAPSIGNER?
Would this image as a starting point be enough to reduce the possible entropy to brute force for a sophisticated attacker?
Won't folks still want the most profitable template? If that template requires sophisticated ordering schemes, individuals would likely defer block construction?
Gotcha makes sense. Wishful thinking I suppose
I don't think so. If there is real excess value extractable by a sophisticated transaction ordering scheme, the incentives are there for individual hashers to defer block construction to a centralized authority.
Could this not be a product of the relatively simple block construction today? Like - we all got the same answer because the question wasn't that complex. ie. There isn't enough MEV to result in vast differences in block construction across pools?
Said one more different way - if the most profitable block construction is obviously the most profitable block construction, then of course everyone will have the same block construction?
It's a belief system with some strong believers
I honestly believe that we are all trying to do the right thing here, but I agree that the distribution of opensats grants could be better.
nostr:npub1qny3tkh0acurzla8x3zy4nhrjz5zd8l9sy9jys09umwng00manysew95gx or nostr:npub1dergggklka99wwrs92yz8wdjs952h2ux2ha2ed598ngwu9w7a6fsh9xzpc how feasible would it be to allow donations to be made to either the general opensats fund or an opensats project of our choosing?
Do you think that would help nostr:npub1xtscya34g58tk0z605fvr788k263gsu6cy9x0mhnm87echrgufzsevkk5s
OnlyDevs model?!
Does that explain why nostr:npub1ypznd87pzkcn352r37vd8s5ez6vxe877dwpq8alls6vlp7hwrjfspp27hc screenshot of mempool shows blocks in order with strange "time since" between them?
Something like that, but mempools.space should be calculating block time, and time since last block, with their own node's clock, no?
Damn. Thanks for trying!
