I take it "The Bitcoin Bastard" is off the cards Mike? How about "Bitcoin by the Beach" or "₿its 'n Bobs"?
Niiice! I had my first orange pill success yesterday. Feels good and it's rewarding to see their journey start down the rabbit hole.
Getting to Know the Future Guardians of Wildlife! 🐘🌍
I had the incredible opportunity to interview the students from the Bushbabies. I was diving deeper into their perspectives on life in communities next to wildlife. I listened to their thoughts on what matters most to them and how they view Environmental Education as part of their daily lives.
Together with Lewyn from The BushBabies and the dedicated carers Herd Elephants , we make it possible for these students to experience a truly unforgettable moment—meeting an elephant for the first time! 🐘💚
Witnessing their excitement and connection with these gentle giants is a reminder of why conservation and education go hand in hand.
Empowering the next generation starts with understanding their voices! 🌿✨
We could not have sponsored this without your support 🙏🏽♥️💪🏽

And a SR with Bitcoin PLUS altcoins will be a teaparty with all but one chocolate teapots. The meltdown will sift the chocolate from the real deal.
🤣 Most altcoins will turn out to be chocolate teapots
I wonder if it is sinister grift or ignorant faulty logic. Either way, in South Africa, we have an Afrikaans saying: "As jy dom is, gaan jy sukkel"; "If you are stupid, you are going to struggle". Seems appropriate in this case.
The ancient ones remember it well. In the Elder Days we stood upon the precipice of Mount Doom, believing we had forged a coin of unimaginable power to conquer the fiat of Mordor.
Then came the Long Winter. 'Twas a time of great sorrow in the realm and the courage of many Hodlers failed.
But a remnant prevailed - the Wise Ones. They were brave and true, and their numbers grew as the Coin rose from the ashes once more. Are the tales of their adventures not recorded in the Annals of the Four Halvenings?
Simple but profound difference
I'm so done with legacy banking! I missed the bottom of the dip because my EFT payment from my bank account to the exchange I use is taking over 1 business day to get processed. In this day and age! More than 24 hours?? And folks moan about Bitcoin's 10 minutes!
Hey Bitcoin family, we curate a web-based platform that provides Bitcoiners with the information they need to plan and book their dream African safari. Https://bitwild.co.za

An interesting new add-on to this year's road-trip (following Adopting Bitcoin Cape Town) was a visit to two primary schools, to see what they're doing with Bitcoin Adoption.
One of those two schools had their entire first rugby team kitted out in a brand-new "STUDY BITCOIN" kit!
As things stand now, Volschenk Primary School will attend the Oakdale and Willie Le Roux Rugby Events, lining up with their new kit, facing thousands of spectators.
All-in-all, in 2025, they will play more than 40 matches against neighboring schools, and some of their opposition teams will be sponsored by large South African banks. It's not uncommon to see Absa, FNB and Standard Bank on the uniforms of schools' sports' teams.
I will definitely attend at least one of those games to see the crowd's response.
If you wanna help this brave team of little giants do more for Bitcoin adoption, please consider supporting them here:

Stoked to be at my first Bitcoin conference!
Agreed, but a few bigger nation states adopting Bitcoin should put a major dent in common "ponzi terrorist pedophile bubble" FUD narratives and get the attention of many who have totally ignored Bitcoin up to more. At least I would hope so.
During our visit to Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre (HESC) last month, the heat was intense, and the baby rhinos found comfort huddling close together in the shade.
They spend their days in the reserve, being nurtured and cared for until they are ready to return to the wild. Among them was Angie, a little rhino receiving her feeding session. We’ll share more about her soon.
This visit also brought back memories of Esmé, a rhino we first met five years ago when she was just a baby.
At that time, HESC was thriving, supported by many visitors who helped sustain its vital work. However, as with many NGOs in South Africa, the outbreak of COVID-19 brought significant challenges, reducing support and making their mission even harder.
Despite these difficulties, Esmé has flourished. Today, she plays a crucial role as an allomother, providing care and guidance to the orphaned baby rhinos that arrive at the center. Her nurturing presence is invaluable, and she remains at HESC to help the little ones thrive.
Esmé’s story is a beautiful reminder of resilience, hope, and the impact of dedicated care.
With Bitcoin for conservation under the umbrella of nostr:npub19vzzf55uygvmg5cl2fft08frqv4gf8adeegsun00l0y8whyese3sg7fwka we help these little rhinos thrive again!
For the birders among us. this looks like a fairy tern. Pacific species listed as Vulnerable by IUCN. NICE sighting!
