Germany 🇩🇪: By a vote of 407 to 226, the German parliament approved the legalization of possession of limited amounts of cannabis.
Starting from April 1st, regulated distribution of cannabis for adults will be legal. Up to 50 grams will be allowed at home and 25 grams in public.
For home cultivation, individuals will be able to grow up to three plants within their own four walls.
From July 1st, so-called "cannabis clubs" can be established.

Japan 🇯🇵/Iran 🇮🇷: One of the bosses of the "Yakuza" has been accused of trafficking nuclear material to Iran.
Takeshi Ebisawa, 60 years old, is accused of displaying uranium and plutonium content - transported from Myanmar to Thailand - to an undercover agent of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
In a DEA police operation, the agent posed as a drug and weapons trafficker and claimed to have had access to an Iranian general. Subsequently, it was discovered that samples of the seized material contained uranium and plutonium for military use, according to court documents.
