Good morning nostr, its a nice 61F outside, but i'm sure it'll get pretty muggy later, after yesterday's rain. Not sure what i'll be tackling today, but there's no shortage of work to do. But its saturday, the one day i sometimes decide to goof off and go visit a farmers market or the resale shop. My favorite day of the week. GM Nostr. What is good today?

Enjoying a couple cups of Ethiopian Yirgacheffe light roast this morning before dog walks.

Then heading out to the property to start tackling some projects Not sure which on the list it will be. At some point today I will need to pack up tools and bring them back to the RV. My wife and I have a project slated for this weekend that I am excited for.

We are going to build a farmhouse table and Benches to go in our cabin, but also list it for sale until the cabin is built. If it sells we will just build another one. It has been since we left the homestead since we dove into something like this together and it will feel good to get back into it.

Hi nostr, been busy doing stuff today. I got some of my comfrey cuttings planted just now, about half of what i ordered. After church this morning we went out for lunch, and as usual i wished we had eaten at home instead. The food was ok, just kinda pricey for what it was. Then i started the turnover at the cabin, but i'll have to finish that tomorrow.

The guests we had this weekend checked out this morning, a very nice couple. We ran into them in the driveway on our way out to church, and the lady waved me down. She thanked us profusely for a great stay, and she got teary eyed because she spent time on our trails and enjoyed the birds and nature. It reminded her of her late father because he loved birds. I'm glad we could provide a place for her to enjoy some good memories.
