Asthma.
Peppermint Oil and RC Oil.
Add to a diffuser near you.
Stress.
Add Frankincense Oil, Lavender Oil, Orange Oil, Bergamot Oil, and Patchouli Oil in a roller.
Apply to forehead and temples.
Mosquito bites.
Purification Oil by Young Living.
Apply a drop to area of bite.
Difficulty sleeping.
Combine equal parts Ruta Graveolens Oil, Valerian Oil, and Lavender Oil to a roll on. Add a drop of Orange oil if you want a sweet scent.
Swipe on bottom of feet and big toes before going to bed. Wear socks.
Chronic pain.
8 drops of Copiaba Oil in a capsule.
Take 3 times a day.
Dandruff.
Add a few drops of Tee Tree Oil to your shampoo.
Apply as you would when you typically shower.
Acne.
Add a few drops of Tea Tree Oil to aloe vera gel.
Apply in the morning and evening.
Bug bites and stings.
Lavender oil.
Apply topically.
Difficulty sleeping.
Add 4 drops of Lavender oil, 2drops of Cedarwood oil, and 1 drop of Chamomile oil to water in a diffuser.
Turn on before going to bed.
Antibiotic regime.
In a capsule, put 12 drops of Thieves oil, 6 drops of Oregano oil, and 2 drops of Frankincense oil.
Ingest one capsule every 4 hours for 3 days, then every 8 hours for 4 days.
Lice.
Fill a 2oz spray bottle halfway with water (it’s best to use distilled or bottled water) and add 10 drops of Tea Tree oil, 5 drops of Lavender oil, 5 drops of Rosemary oil, and 5 drops of Eucalyptus oil. Fill the rest of the bottle with either witch hazel or water (witch hazel helps to keep the oils mixed with the water better, and works as a natural preservative, though just water can be used as well).
Use on children 5 and up. For younger preschoolers, omit the eucalyptus oil from the recipe. Shake well before each use. Apply to scalp and hair in the mornings.
Sinus infection.
Add 8 drops of Thieves oil, 6 drops of Oregano oil, and 2 drops of Frankincense oil to a veggie capsule. For kids that can swallow pills, do half the amount of oil and add carrier oil to the capsule.
Take 3x per day.
For the younger one that can’t do pills, make a roll on with the full recipe above and fill a 10ml roller up with carrier oil and apply to feet and spine every 1-2 hrs.
Allergy coughs.
Boil water. Transfer water to a bowl. Add two drops of Peppermint oil and two drops of Lemon oil to hot water. Put head over bowl, cover with a towel, and breath the infused steam.
Repeat throughout the day.

Reflux.
Peppermint oil.
Add a drop on your tongue before bed.
Small skin burns.
Lavender oil.
Add drops to burn area. Skin will heal without blistering or peeling.

Add two drops of Ginger oil to hot water or favorite tea.
Take daily.

Add four drops of Lavender oil, three drops of Bergamot oil, and two drops of Cedarwood oil to a diffuser.
Place diffuser near bedside and run it when going to bed.
Skin tags.
Add a drop of Oregano oil to a QTip to get the Oregano just on the skin tag and no where else.
Can use one drop on 2-3 skin tags. Apply twice daily--in the morning and in the evening. Should fall off after several weeks.
Actinic keratosis.
Frankincense oil.
Apply daily to the affected areas for at least a month.
